Damn, I can only imagine what the hell happened to get Scootaloo in this mess...
Very excellent effect: the lack of definite lines make the entire landscape sort of blur together (even making Scoot’s sort of blend in), giving it a very confused/lost feel, and the use of light and shadow is pretty damn good too, great work ^_^
